Strawberry Bruschetta

I am currently catching up with my food blogs and as a comeback, I thought of making something that is special to me and at the same time it is very easy to make.

This one is really good as a summer time snack because it brings out a refreshing mixture of flavours served over ciabatta slices slathered with cream cheese. Enjoy!

Strawberry Bruschetta

Serves 4|15 minutes


5 strawberries, sliced

1 ciabatta bread, sliced in between then divided to four

1/2 cup cream cheese

1/4 cup balsamic glaze

Parsley or Basil for garnish


1. Preheat oven to 375°. Place sliced ciabatta on to a baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

2. Remove from oven and spread creem cheese over the top part of bread.

3. Assemble sliced strawberries on the bread and top with parsley or basil.

4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
